We take pride in our unwavering commitment to creating safer, beautiful, efficacious clean-label products, and we’re privileged to employ a world-class team of experts who make this possible.

The popularity of Modere products in Australia, New Zealand and across the globe has recently soared, far exceeding our expectations and we are so grateful that more and more customers are being able to enjoy becoming a valued part of our Live Clean Tribe. However, as a result, we have experienced some challenges maintaining sufficient quantities in stock to keep up with the demand.

While it’s always a thrill to welcome new customers to our brand, we’re disheartened to know that this has caused a lapse in the quality of our service to loyal and longer-term users.

We know we have fallen short of our high standards by stocking out of some of our essential products and therefore at times failing to provide all your product needs.

You deserve better.

Please know that we hear you, we understand your frustration, and we are dedicated to making things right as quickly as possible.

Our production and quality control processes are primarily based in the United States, and we are working closely with our US teams and maintaining strict oversight every step of the way, from manufacturing to overseas shipment, customs, and delivery to our warehouses. We’ve made it our priority to manage these complex logistical challenges as efficiently as possible.

For that reason, Modere is currently taking the following immediate actions to resolve this situation.

  • We’re manufacturing more product. Simply put, we are investing more of our resources toward raw ingredients and packaging, and accelerating our manufacturing schedule.
  • We are expediting finished goods within hours of release from quality control.
  • We are using the fastest and most reliable transportation methods available to transport products from manufacturing.
  • As a global company with customers around the world, we are working with our colleagues in other countries to reallocate available stock and bring it into Australia and New Zealand.

We’re confident that more of your favourite products will be available to you as soon as possible, and we will keep you informed every step of the way. In every effort to be transparent with our timeframes you’ll find below a link to a list of out of stock products and their estimated date of return. Please keep in mind that we will update this list every Friday and the estimated dates will change if ever new information comes to us.
