Your safety is the most important aspect of what we do when we plan and execute events, so it is with a very heavy heart that we have made the decision to cancel our August SRC and Masterclass events. It is not a decision that was made lightly, but at this stage we have not yet fully recovered from 2020 and with limitations and restrictions still in place for events, we cannot safely say that we are out of the woods. We only want to put the best of the best events together for you, but we also want to make smart decisions and we feel that this is the best decision for everyone.
Since 2018, we have held one annual SRC event and it has never been our intention to hold two per year, but we had held out hope that 2021 might bring with it some sense of normalcy. It didn’t quite. We also believe that our February Virtual event, while new and different, provided the same information, speakers and content that we would have put together for a physical event. But we do acknowledge that connection and togetherness is what has been missing in 2021. So, we are committed to multiple connection points throughout the year to ensure that our Live Clean Tribe remain aligned, educated and connected. And that starts with a brand new and exciting event for August which will give everyone the opportunity to connect no matter where you are in Australia and New Zealand. The event will be like nothing we have ever held before, two events either side of Australia running simultaneously for one incredible day that will put connection, your business and content at the forefront.
Be sure to save the date – Saturday the 28th August 2021 – as this is an event you won’t want to miss.
For those people that have already purchased tickets to SRC in August, they will automatically be rolled over to the 2022 SRC in February (Date to be confirmed).
If you are unable to attend the 2022 SRC, please notify us in writing within 120 days from today, Thursday the 2nd of September 2021 via firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a full refund your ticket must have been purchased between Saturday, 15 February 2020 and Friday, 30 April 2021. Considerations will be made on a case by case basis for tickets purchased outside of these time frames. If your ticket has been rolled over from a previous event your ticket will be rolled over to the 2022 SRC and a refund will not be issued. If you are unable to attend the 2022 SRC you may on-sell your ticket to another Social Marketer, a partner of a Social Marketer, or Customer of a Social Marketer who is considering becoming a Social Marketer.
Thank you all for your continued support – we do understand the frustration that has been felt but we truly believe this is the best decision for us all and can’t wait to see you all in person again in August – the first time, for many of us, in 18 months.
