FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Can all Social Marketers participate?
A. No. This is exclusively for new Australian and New Zealand Social Marketers who join from 1 February – 31 October 2024.
Q. Do all global sales count?
A. Yes. As titles are based on global sales, including team OP and POD CP, all global sales contribute towards qualification. Please note that any global activity will be paid international commissions and the total Australasian commissions estimated in our Fast Start video and infographics will vary. However, the Fast Start bonus of either $250, $500 or $1000 will remain unchanged regardless of where your business comes from, provided you reach the Promoter and Builder title targets required for the Fast Start steps.
Q. Do Customer Upgrades count as a new Social Marketer?
A. Yes. A Customer upgrade to a new Social Marketer is eligible for Fast Start Bonuses, provided they upgrade to a Social Marketer between 1 February – 31 October 2024. Their join date will be considered the date they upgrade to a Social Marketer.
Q. How long do I have to qualify for Fast Start bonuses if I joined between the 1 – 29 February 2024?
A. You can qualify for Fast Start bonuses in March, April or May.
Q. How does the full 3 months apply to your joining date?
A. With the exception of February 2024 sign ups as explained above, if a Social Marketers joins on 1 March 2024 they have March, April and May to qualify for Fast Start Bonuses. If they join from 2 – 31 March, they have March, April, May and June to qualify. We have tried to keep it as simple as possible for new Social Marketers so they are not disadvantaged based on their sign up date, but when planning, we recommend you keep it simple and plan based on their join date. Don’t over complicate it.
Q. How will I receive my Fast Start Bonuses?
A. Your Fast Start Bonus will be included in the same month’s commission payment that you qualified in. With the exception of Sharing Bonuses that are paid weekly, the balance of your commissions, including your Fast Start Bonus, is paid on the 20th of the following month. Your Fast Start bonus will be added to the ‘Commission Adjustment’ section of your commissions statement.
Q. Can you qualify for a higher step or ‘skip’ steps in a month?
A. Yes, but these bonuses are not stackable because they are maximised based on the total sales for that month, so you would receive the Fast Start Bonus for the highest Step you achieved in that month, provided you achieved it within your first 3 months.
Q. Do you need to qualify in your first month?
A. No. It doesn’t matter what Fast Start step you qualify at or how many times you qualify at that step, provided it is within your first 3 months, you will still receive the Fast Start Bonus for the step you achieved.
Q. Do I get paid Fast Start Bonuses if I achieve the same Fast Start Step in a different month or I don’t achieve Fast Start in 1 or more of the months?
A. Yes. It doesn’t matter what Fast Start step you qualify at or how many times you qualify at that step, provided it is within your first 3 months, you will still receive the Fast Start Bonus for the step you achieved in that month.
