We are excited to announce that nominations for the Modere Core Value Awards 2023 are now officially open! This is your chance to recognise and celebrate the exceptional individuals who embody the core values that define our Modere community.
WHO CAN NOMINATE
- Nominations can only be submitted by Elite 1 & above or Platinum 3 & above. Please note that nominations are only eligible for active Social Marketers in Australia or New Zealand.
THE NOMINATING & VOTING PROCESS
The voting process consists of two crucial steps:
- Nominations: You have until the 21st of November, 2023, to submit your nominations for those Social Marketers who best exemplify the Modere Core Values.
- Voting: After the nominations close, Modere will review the submissions and provide all Social Marketers with the opportunity to cast their votes for the final nominees. Only one Social Marketer per value will be voted as the winner. Also, keep in mind that a Social Marketer cannot be named the winner of more than one category, and individuals cannot earn it more than once per three years.
WHEN WILL THE WINNERS BE ANNOUNCED:
- We are thrilled to announce that the Modere Core Value Award winners will be revealed during a special awards segment at our 2024 Social Retail Conference. Join us as we celebrate and recognize the SIX outstanding individuals who embody our core values on stage.
MODERE CORE VALUES
- AUTHENTIC – Presented to a Social Marketer who approaches all interactions with authenticity. This individual navigates success with genuine humility, consistently recognising the contributions of others. Their modesty establishes a benchmark of authenticity and respect in our industry.
- COMPASSIONATE – Presented to a Social Marketer whose unwavering compassion shines through every interaction. This individual consistently demonstrates genuine care, empathy and a deep understanding of others; needs, setting an unparalleled standard in our industry.
- DISRUPTIVE – Presented to a Social Marketer whose ground-breaking innovation, bold leadership, and unwavering commitment to development have redefined industry norms. This individual’s visionary approach has propelled us forward, setting a new standard for excellence.
- HUMBLE – Presented to a Social Marketer whose humility and modesty inspire all. This individual approaches every endeavour with grace, acknowledging their achievements while valuing the contributions of others, exemplifying the true essence of our company.
- VIBRANT – Presented to a Social Marketer whose boundless energy, infectious enthusiasm, and vivid imagination inspire all. This individual injects every interaction with a dynamic spirit, inspiring others to live healthier and happier lifestyles.
- EXTRAORDINARY – Presented to a Social Marketer whose exceptional dedication, unparalleled commitment and remarkable achievements have set them apart. This individual consistently establishes their own standards of excellence, inspiring all those around them with their extraordinary efforts. Please note, the Extraordinary Award will replace the Modere Leadership Award and will be chosen by Modere Corporate.
