In the way of incentives, be sure to continue coaching your new Social Marketers to achieve our FAST START program! New Social Marketers have a full 3 months from their join date to achieve Fast Start, and even better, it doesn’t matter what order or how many times in their first 3 months a Social Marketer achieves the Fast Start steps, they will receive Fast Start bonuses for their achievements. One thing we know for certain is that a simple pathway and early success are super important to new Social Marketers, and Fast Start delivers in both of these key areas.
