Modere Socials can help launch your Modere business successfully. Socials are a time to have fun, experience the product ranges, and socialise. It’s up to you to create such an environment.
The good news is we don’t want you to be alone as you take the steps toward starting a successful business. Your Back Office has a vault of resources and tools to help you along your way.
A complete social experience consists of five basic elements:
- Set up and prep
- Welcome – build relationships
- Presentation – sharing of information
- Close – offering choices
- Follow up
Of course, you may find more success as you tailor each Social to those who attend. We will look at using Modere I/D for your first Social. This will cover many of the essentials for you to get started on the path to success!
Before you get the Social started, there is some prep work that needs to happen. You can refer to the Modere Social checklist for a guide before and during the Social.
As you set up, inform those who are intending on trying the products to cleanse their faces in preparation to use Modere I/D. Have all the necessary supplies like wash cloths, towels, hair bands, and of course, the actual product. Keep the experience in one part of the home to avoid any distractions.
Do a test run on all the equipment and videos you will be using and check whether Wi-Fi is accessible If possible, work with a more experienced Upline Social Marketer who can either join the Social or coach prior to the event. There’s no reason you should do this all on your own!
This is where you gather valuable information about your ‘new potential customers’ needs which will enable you to offer choices of substance at the end of the presentation.
‘If you don’t understand the Customer’s needs, how can you offer solutions?”
Keep conversations light and about them!
Introductions should only last a minute or two (refer to sample script on the Modere Social video) Play the Introduction to Modere I/D video, or any video that talks more about the product you want to showcase.
Customers relate to stories! Sharing your experiences of the products, or a product testimonial. Customers are ONLY interested in ‘what’s in it for them!’ Features and Benefits or Feel, Felt, Found
This is where your guests will get into the nitty-gritty of the Social. Walk everyone through the steps on how to use Modere I/D. Once everyone is done, spend time with guests individually. Make sure you walk through how to create an account so everyone receives their $10 shopping credit, download the app or if Wi-Fi is unavailable use Modere Customer Order Forms
Questions are a big part of your Social, but don’t try to sound too smart. People will know if you’re making something up. If you don’t know the answer, let them know you will find out later and get back to them.
If any of your guests are ready to become Social Marketers, they can join via Shifting Retail or by filling out an Application and Agreement Form if Wi-Fi is not available. Set a time to follow up with a one-on-one. It’s important they know you’re going to be there for them, providing them with insight and experience to help them profit in their business.
Remember, all this information is in Your Back Office.
The fortune is in the follow up. Not everyone is going to say yes to you, but if you don’t ask them, they’ve already said no. Follow up with all guests, call new Social Marketers and go through the next steps of their journey and also speak about qualifying for the Modere Escape.
Reflect on what went well and what you can improve on for next time. Each Social gives you the chance to keep creating the foundation of a successful business.
At the end of each month, the Social Marketer with the greatest sales result from hosting Socials will receive a Modere Social Experience of their choice. With 12 incredible Experiences to be won, you’ll want to win them all!
