PROMOTIONAL CADENCE EXPLAINED

As you are aware, our promotional cadence has altered – this is an exciting time for us. However, we also understand it may be a little confusing! So please, continue reading to hopefully help you understand how the new cadence flows.

If you are still unsure, there are some FAQs down below to give you an extra bit of guidance.

FIRST PROMOTION OF THE MONTH

Eligible Accounts:

NEW VIP SMs & Customers with Subscribe & Save processed between 1-5 September.

EXISTING VIP SMs & Customers with promotional items added to their subscription template already.

Eligible Orders:

Add any of the products into your subscription template from 1 September to 5 September by going directly to your subscription template (known as the Truck Icon) or by selecting ‘Subscribe & Save’ at checkout, and you will get 20% off that promotional item provided your subscription order is processed in September 2022.

If you already have that item in your subscription template promotion will automatically apply – no action is required from you.

If subscriptions are processed between 2 September and 5 September where the promotional item was added after the subscription had been processed, the promotion will only be applied if the processing/shipping date is changed to September.

MID-MONTH PROMOTION

Eligible Accounts:

Existing VIP SMs & existing VIP Customers, who have had a subscription processed in the past 30 days and have an active subscription template.

Eligible Orders:

Promotional Items receive 20% discount on Everyday orders only

FREE SHIPPING will apply to those every day orders providing the order has at least 1 promotion item and the total dollar value is $149 or more after all VIP discounts are applied.

Stacking in the following order:

1. VIP & Loyalty Discounts

2. September Promo/s per SKU

END OF MONTH PROMOTION
