Mann Goyal achieved Elite 3 in November 2022. We asked Mann what Elite 3 meant to her, her tips to getting there and where to next.
Elite 3 was a dream title; this title is not only about figures. A title like this takes a lot from you; you should be an action taker, willing to learn or try new things, risk-taking & breaking stereotypes to achieve it. To run for Elite 3 after hitting Elite 2 a month before wasn’t easy. My team was aware that we were fighting for Elite 3 & the best part was that the team was ready to stand together & support. It’s because of the legacy I wanted to build in being happy to see each other win; I was always running with them for their title & qualification. First time in these four years, the team ran for me. I wouldn’t be here without them; it was seriously a nail-biting situation.
The top tip here is to lead by example & take ownership of your business from Day 1. I took ownership of my business from the very first month, I always wanted to build it with my hard work, and I was very clear about my vision from Day 1. Whatever I learned, I passed on and made strategies on how to achieve titles, bonuses, and Escape. Don’t just say it’s possible; you need to show your team what is required to achieve it, work closely with them & ask the head of legs to take ownership of their business. We want to build strong leaders in addition to achieving titles. I always believed in working both ways – pod & recruitment, so you can ask your team to duplicate the same. I was always on the leader board since the beginning; pick any leader board, so you must always lead by example.
I want to expand my wings wider and globally and keep multiplying my team, especially by supporting women who don’t have a voice. The legacy I have built should keep flowing deep down the team, that’s women supporting women & building a family tribe. Lastly I want to invest a lot of my time in learning new things so I can pass the same to my team, so happy learning & keep upgrading every day.
