DO YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CUSTOMER REWARD POINTS & CUSTOMER POINTS?

The foundation of our customer centric model is to offer our Customers a pure Customer experience with some great Customer Loyalty Rewards without any exposure to the business side of Modere. That being the case the Reward Points that are displayed in the Customer’s shopping cart are Customer Reward Points not Customer Points (CP). Customer Reward Points are only used for the Customer Loyalty/Rewards program and are not the same value as Customer Points (CP) or Marketer Points (MP).

Both Customer Points (CP) and Marketer Points (MP) are used for Social Marketer qualification and commissions and do have an equal value.

Because Customer Reward Points are a higher value please be mindful to not reference these points when finalising Social Marketer commissions and qualifications.
