PROMOTIONS AND ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Whilst we are so excited about our Collagen promotions and the increased sales that came with it, we know this will also impact order processing and dispatch times.

We ask that you always give your Customers a realistic timeframe for their orders to be packed and dispatched.

Please allow 4 business days for orders to be dispatched from our Warehouse (this is an additional 2 business days on top of our regular processing times).

After the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with the consignment number will be sent to track the delivery and the progress can then be monitored.

Delivery times during this period will also increase, so please allow up to 5 business days for delivery to Metropolitan areas and up to 8 business days for Regional areas.

If you haven’t received your orders after this extended period, then please let us know. Otherwise we would first suggest checking your tracking number to find out where your parcel is it.
