FRIENDS AND FAMILY UPGRADES TO CODES
3 unique Friends and Family Codes are generated for all Customers after their very first subscription order is processed, and for all new Social Marketers after their application is accepted.
The main reason for the update is to allow you to share the way you want.
Step 1 – Send a Share the Love link, share a product page or a shareable cart link to a new Customer.
Step 2 – Make sure they create their account, using that link with your embedded referral code.
Step 3 – Give them your unique alphanumeric Friends & Family Code.
Step 4 – Once the Customer proceeds to the checkout, advise them to enter their unique code in the promo box and select apply.
Step 5 – The Customer will see in their summary that the Share the Love $10 discount has been replaced with the $20 Friends & Family discount and they can then submit their order.
Please be mindful that the Friends & Family code only gives a discount – it doesn’t link to the referrer.
The code will not be accepted unless the account is already linked to the referring Customer or Social Marketer.
These codes give new Customers $20 off their 1st order with Modere with a $99 product spend or more.
The code will not work if the product value is under $99, but the customer will still get $10 as per the regular Share the Love program.
The codes must be redeemed by the new receiving Customer within the same 10 day period.
So, if the referring Customer shares on day 9, the receiving Customer has 1 day to order.
Once Friends & Family code expires, only the standard $10 Share the Love will apply.
If the same Friends & Family code is shared to multiple people, the first person to Redeem it will get $20, each subsequent person will get $10 as per the regular Share the Love program.
