You are loving the new VIP List, but we know there are a lot of questions. Here are some answers to the common questions we are being asked:
What is the 6 Monthly Anniversary Credit?
Every 6 months, based on the date your Customer account was opened, Modere gifts a $25 shopping credit. The shopping credit is valid for 31 days, and an email is sent on the day it is allocated to your account.
You can also manually apply the credit as part payment to your order where it says “Use Shopping Credits” in the payment section of the checkout.
What is an everyday savings order?
Everyday savings orders are orders that are placed outside of your primary monthly subscription order using the standard ordering process on our website. These allow you to take advantage of promotions, try something different or replenish a product in between your monthly scheduled subscription order. Everyday orders do not count towards your Loyalty benefits
I cannot find the “Buy Now” button in my Subscription template; how do I get my subscription order earlier?
The BUY NOW button is no longer available. You have 3 options:
– Amend the date in your Subscription manager settings template to select an earlier processing date.
– Process an everyday savings order direct from the shopping cart – with a subscription template already in place, the VIP tier discount will be matched on that everyday order.
– Select to do a Subscribe & Save order form the checkout. This will process an order that day PLUS add those products to your subscription template.
The last 2 options do not change your subscription processing date, so you may need to manually update that.
How do I cancel my subscription template?
Just remove all the products listed, if no items are in the template, no order will process. If cancelling a recurring order template, you need to wait 24 hours to place a new Subscription order, if you do not wait the 24 hours the original template will be reinstated with the original processing date.
To cancel, log in to >Subscription Manager settings or just click on the Truck icon. Remove all items by selecting the rubbish bin icon.
Remember: Removing all the items in your order will delete your recurring subscription order and stop your monthly VIP benefits, as that is based on consecutive orders.
