THAT’S A WRAP ON SRC 2022

From the launch of Sleep, Magnesium Powder & Liquid BioCell Sport, Social Retail Next Gen and Amanda Stevens EPIC Keynote presentation to Sakshi & Yogesh Sharma’s Leadership Award announcement, SRC is over for another year. The dust may have settled, but we know we’ll be riding that SRC high for weeks to come! Thank you for making this an amazing event! If you would like to review any of the presentations you can access them all in the virtual platform, using the same log in details you previously used until they expire on 16 April 2022.

If you’re one of the Top 10 Sharing Earners for the Social Retail Accelerate Bonus, you will go in the draw for an exclusive VIP ticket to the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne on the 8th – 10th April, 2022. FRIENDS & FAMILY LAUNCH CODES EXTENDED

All existing Customers and Social Marketers who received the Friends & Family codes on 15th March will have until 31st March to redeem them. After 31st March 11.59pm ACDT they will expire. We’ve had thousands of new Customers join Modere in just a few short days, and we know that number will only continue to grow! Social Marketers also only have until 31st March to qualify for the Sharing Accelerator Promotion.

FRIENDS & FAMILY – YOUR CUSTOMER QUESTIONS ANSWERED

You are loving our Friends & Family promotion, but we know there are a lot of questions. Here are some answers to the common Customer questions we are being asked:

• Friends & family continues after this initial launch special for new Customers
• Three unique Friends & Family Links are generated just once for all Customers after their very first subscription order is processed and work in the same way as Share The Love; all your Customer needs to do is copy, share, and make sure the new account is created from this link.
• These links give new Customers $20 off their first order with Modere with a $99 product spend or more and will appear in the Checkout order summary once shipping details have been added.
• If the code is redeemed on a qualifying order, the referring Customer also receives $20 in shopping credits (formally known as Live Clean Credits)
• The links need to be shared and used within the qualifying period (10 days) So, if the referring Customer shares on day 9, the receiving Customer has one day to place their order.
• The code you share is locked to that friend as soon as they create their account, so we encourage you to share with someone who is ready to buy!
• Once the Friends & Family link expires, it will work as the standard Share the Love at $10
• If the same Friends & Family code is shared with multiple people, the first person to redeem it will get $20; each subsequent person will get $10 as per the regular Share the Love program.
• If an order for the Customer redeeming Friends & Family is less than $99, they won’t get $20, but will still get $10 as per the regular Share the Love program.
• Email reminders about Friends & Family are sent on Day 3, 5 and then the day before they expire.
• Friends & Family codes can be accessed and shared Internationally – but as they are unique to the account in that market, the code will direct them back to the sharing Customers home country website. To make sure the international Customer signs up in the correct market, just select from the Country drop-down list in the top right of the Website.

We also announced the extension of both our Friends & Family offer and the Active Living Collection promotion.
