We are so excited for you to meet the latest Modere team member, Mira! She is our Business Virtual Assistant and will soon be here to help answer your questions on our Shifting Retail website and Back Office. Mira will respond to specific enquiries with bite size information and will get to you know with a simple quiz to ensure she creates a customised answer or training program. If she cannot answer, there will be a live chat options that our comp plan and business specialists will monitor and respond to.

SCHEDULED OUTAGE OF WEBSITES AND MODERE APPS

At Modere we are committed to continual improvement so we can provide you with the best possible experience. This means that occasionally we need to schedule maintenance outages. So that we can perform some system upgrades, we have scheduled a maintenance outage on Sunday 16 May 2021, starting at 1:30 pm Adelaide time. We expect this outage to last for 3 hours.
All websites and Modere apps will not be accessible during this time. We thank you for your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience.
SOCIAL MARKETER JOURNEY

During our Modere Mash Up this week Social Marketer Experience Lead, Nikki Carter walked us through the journey of a Social Marketer – from sign up to success. The first thing we looked at is the Join Page on Shifting Retail, stripping it right back so new Social Marketers feel confident about signing up. Nikki spoke about the new Welcome to the Live Clean Tribe pack that will be included in new SM orders and the new add on Getting Started Kit. Just like you, we want to provide your Customers with the best possible experience and to do that, we need to have an accurate record of your Customer’s mobile number so we can provide them with timely information and contact them easily when required. We also have plans down the track to introduce SMS marketing to Customers including satisfaction and feedback regarding their Modere experience as well as improving the Startrack order delivery experience. All these things rely on us having the correct mobile numbers for your Customers. This is where you come in! We would really appreciate it if you could review your Contact Report (in your Back Office) and check your Customers phone numbers, and if they need updating contact your Customer to guide them through how to update their phone numbers in their Modere account settings. Contacting your Customer, is also a great opportunity to check in with them and give them an update on the new PhytoGreens and PhytoGolds!
